COPY: Jasper Newton “Jack” Daniel never wasted a day in his life. Raised by a Lutheran minister and making whisky by age 7, Jack knew no home but whisky. At age 12 he bought and registered the still that would one day be known as the great No. 7 Jack Daniels. Jack spent 54 of his 60 years distilling. He never married. He had no children. All Jack did was make the finest whisky a lifetime can make.
